Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the garlic clove into small cubes and fry in a deep pan with a little oil.
After a short time, add the shredded meat, season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and fry well. Cut the chilli pepper (s) into small pieces and add to the pan. Now drain the pineapple pieces and add them to the pan as well. Now add the heaped teaspoon of honey. Stir everything well.
Then add the pasta sauce to the pan and bring it to the boil. Add the cream cheese, melt and simmer for 2 - 5 minutes. Finally, add the sugar and season with the herbs of Provence. Season to taste and serve. Instead of rice, you can of course choose another side dish.
