Cut the meat into strips, season with salt, pepper and barbecue spices, finely chop the onion, cut a cucumber into small pieces, cut the paprika into strips, remove the skin from the tomatoes and cut into thin wedges.
Briefly fry the seasoned meat in a pan with hot oil (approx. 3 - 4 minutes), lift out of the pan.
Roast the onion, cucumber and paprika well in the roasting fat (approx. 3 minutes), then add the tomatoes and roast for another 2 minutes. Dust with flour and add soup. Put the meat back in, simmer for 5 minutes. Add the cream and bring to the boil again.
Noodles, rice, potatoes or spaetzle and a fresh salad go well as a side dish.
