Cut the turkey schnitzel into strips, season and fry in olive oil. Add the onion, garlic and chilli, cut into small pieces. Cut the peppers into strips and the mushrooms into slices and fry them.
Deglaze with the tomato sauce (alternatively tomato paste and water). Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally stir in the brunch. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Noodles or rice go well with this.
