Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the fruit and remove the core or skin. Put the banana in a smoothie mixer to chop or puree with a hand blender. Add a little water if necessary. Quarter the apple and pear, add to the mashed banana and mix the fruit into a puree. Then add the thawed strawberries, honey and the rest of the water and mix for approx. 1 minute on the highest level.
