Instructions

  1. Fry the onions and peppers in the pan. Add the minced meat and fry until crispy. Season with pepper, salt, paprika powder, Thai curry and grill spices. Then add water, tomato paste, vinegar and sugar and mix everything well. Place a lid on the pan at an angle and let the sauce simmer gently until it has a very thick consistency. Stir in the mustard and the pressed garlic clove. Season again to taste, seasoning if necessary. I added a little more sugar and a little salt.
  2. Halve the hamburger buns, toast them in a pan with the cut surface facing down. Remove the bread roll lid after roasting.
  3. Turn the other halves in the pan and add 1 slice of cheese, minced meat sauce and 1 slice of cheese. Put the pan lid on and let the cheese melt. Take out, put on the bread roll lid, serve and finally eat.
