Instructions

  1. Put the frozen fruits in the chopper attachment of the hand blender or mixer and mix well, preferably with the pulse level. It also works with the smoothie maker, but you have to add some water or fruit juice and the slush ice becomes a little more liquid.
  2. Serve in a glass and enjoy.
  3. Tip: Cut honeydew melon or another melon into small cubes and freeze, so you always have delicious frozen melons on hand. Since melons consist mostly of water, they are particularly suitable for slushed ice and as a low-calorie dessert.
