Mix all ingredients and mix well with the dough hook. Then cover and let rise for about 1 hour.
Then shape 4 round, flat cakes and let rise for another 10 minutes.
Then press small hollows in the dough with your finger and brush with milk. Then sprinkle with chopped rosemary, coarse sea salt and pizza seasoning. Drizzle some olive oil into the hollows.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
