Thaw the spinach (I let the microwave help me) and squeeze it out well.
Place the crumbled feta, egg and spinach in a bowl and mix. Season well with salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic.
Roll out the puff pastry a little and cut out circles that are slightly larger than the hollows of your muffin tin. I have a tray with very small indentations, so that I get around 20 quiches. Press the puff pastry into the wells and add the filling. With my muffin tin, a generous teaspoon per muffin bowl is enough. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 15-20 minutes until the edge is lightly browned. Remove from the molds.
If you have larger molds or want to make even more of the delicious quiches, simply increase the quantities.
