Thaw the raspberries and preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Roll out the puff pastry in a baking dish and brush with the jam. Mix the quark with the yogurt, vanilla sugar and pudding powder. Spread this mixture on the puff pastry and top with the raspberries. If you like, you can add a little sugar to the raspberries. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
