Instructions

  1. Finely grate the carrots and kohlrabi, cut the vegetable onions into rings. Fry the gyros, add the carrots and kohlrabi and finish cooking. Mix the yogurt and sour cream and press in the garlic cloves. Finely grate the cucumber and mix in.
  2. Put the cooled gyros meat with the vegetables in the yogurt sauce. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and fold in with the vegetable onions. Finally mix in the pasta.
  3. Put the salad in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. It goes well with flatbread.
