Instructions
- Melt butter in the MicroPlus jug for 2 minutes at 600 watts, add milk.
- If the mixture is not too hot or cold, knead immediately with the remaining ingredients in the peng bowl with the top scraper to form a shiny dough.
- Close the bowl and let it rise in a warm water bath in the sink for about 30 minutes (the lid audibly pops open when the dough has risen enough).
- Preheat the oven to 250 °.
- Knead again and press into a springform pan with your hands.
- Spread the sugar on the dough. Sprinkle a little cinnamon and vanilla sugar on top. Spread the butter on top in flakes.
- Bake on the top shelf for 6-8 minutes. Remove immediately, otherwise the cake will dry out.
- Let cool in the mold for 5 minutes.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator and freshen up in the microwave for a few seconds (12 seconds each) at 800 watts
