Instructions

  1. Grease the bottom of a 18 cm diameter springform pan. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Mix the flour with baking powder, place in a mixing bowl and add all the other ingredients except for the cocoa. Mix everything for about 1 minute to form a smooth dough.
  3. Halve the dough and add the cocoa to one half. First place a spoonful of light batter in the middle of the mold, then a spoonful of dark batter and then another spoonful of light batter. In this way, fill in the light and dark dough alternately one above the other.
  4. Place in the oven (lower third of the shelf) and bake for 40 minutes, leave in the mold for another 10 minutes, then carefully remove from the mold and let cool on a wire rack.
  5. For the icing, mix the powdered sugar with enough lemon juice until a viscous icing is formed. Cover the cake with it.
