Instructions

1. Finely chop the garlic and chilli in a food processor, then add the cream cheese. Whipped cream is creamy, so don`t beat too hard and stir in, fold in the sheep`s cheese. Season with salt, pepper, chilli powder and paprika to taste and chilli starch. Then let it rest a little and serve at room temperature.
