Ingredients

• 150 g mackerel fillet (s), smoked, skinless and boneless
• 100 g cream cheese
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ sambal oelek
• Salt and pepper, optional

Instructions

1. Mash the mackerel fillet (I always buy it already boned) with the cream cheese and the sambal oelek with a fork in a bowl.
2. If you like it a little more spicy, you can add salt and pepper.
3. Serve with crackers.
