Instructions

  1. Stew 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 onion and 1.5 cucumber in a saucepan for 5 minutes. Then add 1 slice of smoked pork, steam again for 5 minutes, then add 1/8 l of water and 1 teaspoon of stock, simmer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes add 1/2 cup of cream, crème fraîche and processed cheese and stir well.
  2. Add salt, pepper and dill as needed and season to taste.
  3. Put 2 tablespoons of oil and 250 g of rice in a saucepan and let it sweat briefly. Then add 1/2 liter of water and 1 level teaspoon of salt until the rice is covered. Gradually add the water until the rice is cooked through.
  4. Serve the smoked pork and cucumber vegetables with the rice.
