Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Wash the apple, remove the core, cut into thin slices and then cut into small cubes. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces.
  2. Put onion, apple and salmon in a bowl, add lemon juice and dill and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well and season to taste.
  3. Goes well as a small starter, served with a baguette.
