Clean and wash the lettuce and place in 2 deep plates, lightly salting it. Now sprinkle onion cubes, celery and apple pieces on top. Finally, pour the smoked trout fillet - picked or cut - over it.
Prepare the dressing and mix well (best shake in a closed glass) and spread over the salad.
Tip: You could add cucumber slices, radish slices or carrot pieces to the salad as variations.
