Soak the oatmeal in oat milk or a little water. Halve the avocado and remove the meat from the skins with a spoon. Puree the avocado pieces with a squeeze of lemon (works best with a hand blender). Then add 150 ml of oat milk and mix again. If the consistency is too firm, add a little more oat milk (depends on the size and degree of ripeness of the avocado). Then add the honey to taste, stir in the oat flakes and at the end very carefully mix the blueberries into the mixture. Scatter the nuts on top.
If you don`t do SiS, you can also use normal milk or buttermilk. As an alternative, currants are also very tasty.
