Cut the endive salad into thin strips. Peel the tangerine and cut into thin slices. Also cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and peel. Then cut the avocado halves into thin slices. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.
Mix all ingredients well for the dressing. Put 2-3 tablespoon of it aside. Mix the endive salad with the dressing and place on 2 plates.
Alternately drape mozzarella, mandarin and avocado slices on top. Scatter the pumpkin seeds over it and drizzle the rest of the dressing over it. Finally, sprinkle a few drops of pumpkin seed oil on top.
