Instructions

  1. Mix 5-grain fox, flaxseed, sunflower seeds and hazelnuts with the oat milk and lemon juice and leave to soak for about 15 minutes. Stir in the bananas and cherries and add the oat cream.
  2. If the consistency is still too firm (a matter of taste), add some oat milk.
