Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces. Puree together with the coconut milk and yoghurt in a blender or hand blender. Add the broth, curry powder, cayenne pepper and salt and mix again briefly.
  2. Pour the mixture into 2 glasses or bowls and sprinkle the coconut flakes over them. You can also use kefir instead of yogurt.
