Cut the light parts of the washed Swiss chard into approx. 1 cm thick slices, the green into approx. 2 cm thick strips.
Sauté the onions, chilli and garlic in the hot oil, then add the mushrooms and fry them. After approx. 5 - 7 minutes add the light chard slices and fry them while turning. After another 5 minutes, add the green chard and just let it fall together. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
