Mix the flakes, bran, linseed and prunes with the oat milk and the soy plum yoghurt, stir in the lemon juice and let everything swell for about 15 minutes.
Then fold in the walnuts and plums. If the consistency is still too thick, mix in more of the oat milk or just some water.
Tip:
You can also use frozen plums or from the jar / can.
