Briefly blanch the snow peas in hot water for approx. 1 - 2 minutes, drain and immediately cool in ice water. Drain and drain well. If you like it really crunchy, you can skip the blanching and then let the salad steep a little longer.
Then cut the pods diagonally into very thin strips and place in a bowl. Also add the chilli (amount as you like).
For the dressing, mix all the ingredients well and add to the salad, stir and let steep for about 15 minutes. Fold in the chopped peanuts before serving.
