Cut the tomatoes into very small cubes. Wash the zucchini, remove the stem end and cut lengthways into thin slices. Also cut the feta into thin slices. Mix all ingredients well for the dressing.
Fry the zucchini slices in the grill pan with a little olive oil (or directly on the grill) and season with salt and pepper.
Place the first half of the fried zucchini slices on 2 plates, place the feta slices, diced tomatoes, diced olive and basil on top and cover with the second half of the hot zucchini slices. Sprinkle the pine nuts over it and drizzle the dressing over it.
It tastes best when it is warm. A fresh baguette goes well with it (of course not for SiSler in the evening).
