- You need an ice cube tray for the confectionery.
- 1. Wash the fruits, chop the pears and put everything in a blender or puree with the hand blender.
- 2. For the smoothie, pour approx. 1/3 of the fruit puree into glasses.
- 3. For the fruit confectionery, add Greek yoghurt to the rest of the fruit puree in the blender and mix on the highest level.
- 4. Pour the fruit and yoghurt mixture into an ice cube container and freeze for at least 6 hours.
