Puree the pear juice, lamb`s lettuce and 1 dash of lemon juice in a blender. Put the peeled pear quarters, ginger, 100 g grapes, 1 finely chopped banana and 4 tablespoon oat flakes in the blender and puree again. Season with the rest of the lemon juice, leave to soak for 5 minutes and divide into four bowls.
Cut the remaining unpeeled pear quarters crosswise into slices. Distribute pear slices, grapes, banana slices, remaining oat flakes, walnuts and flax seeds alternately on the smoothie side by side in lines.
