Instructions

  1. The pineapple slice is peeled, freed from the hard center piece and cut into small pieces. Wash the strawberries and cut off the greens. Peel the banana and cut into thick slices. Put all the fruits in a blender, add the orange juice. Mix well.
  2. Now you have to enjoy the whole thing with a drinking straw out of a nice glass. Extremely healthy and also filling - and above all delicious!
  3. Tips: If the drink is too thick, dilute it with a little more orange juice. If you like, you can add some low-fat milk.
