Instructions

  1. First hollow out half of the melon and add the pulp to the Thermomix. Then add the raspberries, pitted nectarine and sparkling wine to the Thermomix and mix for 5 minutes. You can also add sugar if you like.
  2. Pour the finished smoothie into the melon bowl and enjoy it outside in the sun!
