Instructions

  1. Peel the beetroot, core the apples, either squeeze the orange or peel and chop it, cut the carrot into large pieces and squeeze the lime or lemon. Put everything together with the spinach, lamb`s lettuce and parsley in a blender and mix into a smoothie in the desired consistency. If necessary, add water or juice to make the smoothie a little more liquid.
  2. Drink fresh.
