Instructions
Halve the avocado, remove the stone and take out the pulp with a spoon. Peel and roughly chop the bananas. Mix the avocado, bananas, ginger and beetroot with coconut water, linseed oil and wheat germ oil / rapeseed oil and pour into glasses.
