Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the kiwifruit and remove the stalk if necessary. Peel the banana. Peel the grapefruit with a knife and cut out the fillets. Peel and quarter the pineapple and cut out the stalk.
  2. If necessary, cut everything into smaller pieces and put in the blender. Add the milk as well. Now let the mixer run on level 3 for about 1 minute.
