A thick fruit smoothie made with juicy orange and soft sweet pear with a little green tea and honey! A tasty and healthy drink from a minimum of ingredients!
Optionally, if you plan to make a smoothie in the morning, green tea can be brewed in the evening, cooled, and sent to the refrigerator.
Put green tea in a cup. In a kettle or saucepan, bring about 60-70 ml of water to a boil and pour over the tea. Let the tea brew and steep for about 4-5 minutes. Then strain the tea with a strainer. Measure out 50 ml of the finished tea. Cool the green tea to room temperature.
Cut the orange into 2 halves. Squeeze the juice out of one half.
Gently peel the other half and send the pulp to the blender bowl.
Wash the pear, cut into 4 parts, and cut the core with seeds. Cut the pear pulp into small slices and add to the blender bowl.
Whisk the orange and pear pulp until smooth.
Add orange juice, cooled green tea, and honey. Whisk everything together again.
Smoothie with pear, orange, and green tea is ready! Pour it into a portioned glass and serve. Bon Appetit!
