Instructions

  1. Peel the fruit and core the apples. The inside of the persimmon could be a bit woody, then just cut it out.
  2. Put the fruits in the blender and add the low-fat quark and milk. If you like it a little more liquid, you can also add a little water or more milk. Mix well on the highest level until there are no pieces left.
