Instructions

  1. Peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces. Pluck mint leaves and also chop finely. Halve the chilli pepper, remove the hot stones, cut the rest as small as possible.
  2. Mix all ingredients with the water in a blender and serve.
  3. Tip: Depending on whether the smoothie should be creamy or liquid, add more or less water.
