Even though it’s not summer, it’s always nice to eat a smoothie. I offer a smoothie made from “winter” fruits. And you can adjust the composition as you wish.
Peel the banana and cut it into slices, put the banana slices in a plastic bag, and put them in the freezer for half an hour.
Cut the grapefruit and orange in half. Squeeze the juice out of citrus fruits. Add frozen banana to the juice. Using a blender, bring everything to a homogeneity.
