Instructions

  1. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into a cup and set aside.
  2. Peel the carrots, cut off the ends and grate directly into a bowl with a vegetable grater.
  3. Wash, core and roughly grate the apples. Add to the carrots.
  4. Add the dill, the oil, the vinegar and the almond slivers. Finally, pour the juice from half a lemon into the bowl and mix everything well.

  7. You can also take whole almonds and simply chop them up yourself (this works wonderfully with a pestle and mortar or mixer), but then you should prepare this beforehand. Whole almonds are cheaper.
