Instructions

  1. Put the sugar and the cream in a bowl and whip until half stiff. Then fold in quark, quark cream and mascarpone. Grate the chocolate bar (put in the freezer before grating, then it won`t break and will be finer). Fold in the grated chocolate.
  2. Add the frozen raspberries about 1 hour before serving. That makes the food really fresh and cool.
