Instructions

  1. Whip the quark loosely with the sugar, lemon juice and a pinch of salt, then set aside. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Put the biscuits or waffles in a freezer bag and work with a rolling pin (I let my children do that, they love to do it).
  2. You should now have 6 whiskey glasses ready. Of course, others can do the same, but they are best for filling. Now you alternately layer the biscuit crumbs, then the curd mixture and then the cherries. Finally, put a cherry on top and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
