Instructions

  1. This dessert is worked in shifts! Whip the cream or Cremefine (can also be with vanilla flavor) so that it sets. Add the vanilla sugar, powdered sugar and creme fraiche and stir well again so that the creme fraiche is also a little firm.
  2. Put the cherries in a colander and drain them. Set aside some cherries for garnish.
  3. Crumble some cookies (pieces don`t have to be very small) and place in a bowl. Put a few cherries on top of the biscuits and, if necessary, sprinkle the biscuits with cherry juice (not too much juice, otherwise the mixture will be too mushy). Pour part of the cream onto the biscuit and cherry mixture and smooth it out. Then layer the biscuits, cherries and cream until the ingredients are used up, but the cream forms the end.
  4. Sprinkle the edge with chocolate shavings and decorate with the retained cherries. It is also possible to boil the cherry juice with vanilla sauce and work a mirror like this. If you like, you can also use the adult version and sprinkle the biscuits with a mixture of cherry juice and kirsch.
  5. The dessert can be prepared well, as it should be in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours after completion. It can also be prepared the day before.
