Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar and oil with a mixer until frothy. Add the sifted flour, baking powder and salt and work in well. Finally stir in the selter water. A liquid mass is created. Preheat the oven on medium heat (around 150-180 degrees).
  2. Grease the baking pan well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Then pour in the liquid batter. Bake the cake at about 170 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  3. The decoration is up to you.
  4. Tip: You can also add lemon or cocoa to the batter.
