Fry the meat in hot oil in a pan. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Then add the sausage and the onions.
Put everything in a large saucepan. Add the cucumber and tomato cubes and deglaze everything with the 2 glasses of Letscho. Fill up with a little water until the consistency is still creamy but not too thick. Then simmer for about 30 minutes, until the meat is nice and soft. If necessary, a little water and ketchup can always be added, or can also be seasoned as desired.
Add small bowls with crème fraîche or sour cream to refine.
This goes well with garlic baguette from the oven or a fresh baguette from the bakery.
