Instructions

  1. Beat the schnitzel, bread with flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry in oil until golden.
  2. Chop the onion and fry it in a pan with the bacon cubes. Wash the tomato and cut into thin slices.
  3. Place the schnitzel close together on a baking sheet (a round pizza tray is ideal). Distribute the tomato slices evenly on the schnitzel. Scatter diced bacon and onions over the top. Season with pepper and paprika powder and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake for approx. 8 minutes at top heat of 200 ° C on the highest shelf position.
