Instructions

  1. Buy the sausage and cheese already sliced and then cut into fine strips.
  2. If you prefer to eat thicker pieces of sausage, you can also buy a ring. However, it tastes much better when it is finely sliced!
  3. Cut the onion, bell pepper, radishes and carrots into small pieces. Mix the sausage with the cheese and vegetables in a bowl. Salt and pepper well.
  4. Finally add the olive oil and the dark balsamic vinegar and mix everything well.
  5. Then I always add a dash of apple cider vinegar, even more sour. If it got too acidic, just dilute it with water.
  6. If you like, you can sprinkle the salad with chives.
  7. Bread is perfect as a side dish.
