- Buy the sausage and cheese already sliced and then cut into fine strips.
- If you prefer to eat thicker pieces of sausage, you can also buy a ring. However, it tastes much better when it is finely sliced!
- Cut the onion, bell pepper, radishes and carrots into small pieces. Mix the sausage with the cheese and vegetables in a bowl. Salt and pepper well.
- Finally add the olive oil and the dark balsamic vinegar and mix everything well.
- Then I always add a dash of apple cider vinegar, even more sour. If it got too acidic, just dilute it with water.
- If you like, you can sprinkle the salad with chives.
- Bread is perfect as a side dish.
