Instructions

  1. First mix the yoghurt, honey and vanilla together. Peel the bananas, cut into half slices and mix in directly so they don`t turn brown.
  2. Peel and clean the apple, cut into pieces and mix in as well. Scrape the stones out of the melon, remove the pulp from the skin and dice. Clean the strawberries and cut into pieces. Peel, stone and dice the nectarines. Now mix the melon, strawberries and nectarines into the salad. Finally chop the nuts and mix in with the raisins as well.
  3. Tip: If you want to eat calorie-conscious, leave out the nuts - that saves almost 60 kcal per serving.
