Instructions

  1. Mix the cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of the milk with a whisk. Stir in egg yolks, sugar and salt. Bring the rest of the milk with vanilla sugar to the boil and stir in the cocoa powder. Take the pot off the hob and stir in the starch, then briefly bring to the boil again. Remove the sauce from the hob and let it cool down.
  2. Goed very well with jelly.
