Peel and quarter the onions and sauté in a saucepan with rapeseed oil. Peel the garlic and sauté briefly. Peel the carrots, wash them, cut them into slices and sauté them for a short moment. Peel, wash and quarter the potatoes and place in the pot.
Top up everything with the broth and bring to a boil. Peel the kohlrabi, cut into small pieces and add to the pot. Let simmer for about 15 minutes. Season the soup with salt and pepper. Puree the soup with the magic wand as desired.
Add the processed cheese, cream and parsley.
Serve the soup nice and hot with a slice of ciabatta.
