Peel, halve and dice the onions. Clean and dice the peppers.
Fry the minced meat with the onion cubes until crumbly and season with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms, diced paprika, tomatoes with juice and the ketchup and simmer for 10 minutes. Then stir in the peaches cut into small pieces and the crème fraiche.
Serve with baguette.
Tip: If it is too hot for one or the other, you can add some peach juice.
