Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites into snow (beat until stiff). Carefully stir the three egg yolks and the flour into the snow. Add salt, pepper, herbs, shallot and ham and mix carefully.
  2. Then spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 8 minutes in an oven preheated to 220 degrees.
  3. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and remove from the baking sheet, cut into lozenges or cubes and, if necessary, heat in the bouillon.
  4. Instead of ham, root vegetables can also be used.
