Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water, drain and mash them.
Heat some lard in a saucepan and lightly brown the onions in it. Add a little water, dissolve the bouillon cube in it and steam the sour beans and meat in it. Season with pepper and savory. When the meat is done, remove it from the pan, remove the bones or gristle and cut the meat into cubes.
Mix the potatoes with the beans and fold in the meat. Serve on plates.
